Thank you for your interest in serving on the Stakeholder Committee (SC)!
This is a unique opportunity to help shape Leawood’s future by participating in meaningful discussions, activities, and community engagement efforts throughout the year. As a vital part of the planning process, the SC will serve as a sounding board, offering insights, sharing perspectives, and helping guide the direction and recommendations of the plan. We also hope SC members will become enthusiastic advocates for the plan within the community.

Calendar of Events: The following windows are subject to change. Official invitations and agendas for each event will be sent out via email prior to each event. Please make every effort to attend all events to maintain consistency in conversation and representation.
  • September 10th, 2025 | One-Day Visioning Workshop (afternoon session)
  • November 10th & 11th, 2025 | Two-Day Planning and Design Charrette (day-one morning session; optional day-two public open house)
