Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program Introduction and Overview
The purpose of CNM's Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program is to further enhance the effectiveness of nonprofit leaders with a laser-sharp focus on personal leadership development and industry best practices. Enrollment in this program is by application only.
During this six-day program, participants will establish a trusted network of like-minded peers by engaging in highly interactive and collaborative sessions on the following key topics:
- Building trust through strategic decision-making
- Leading people-centric workplaces
- Creating high-impact boards
- Harnessing data for program effectiveness and improvement
- Navigating change

Course Fee:
$900
**Course fee covers the costs of all course materials and instructors
Qualifications:
Minimum five years experience in the nonprofit sector
Minimum three years management experience in a nonprofit organization
Be an aspiring executive leader in the nonprofit sector
Application Process:
1. Complete and submit this application form by Friday, August 19, 2022.
2. CNM will select and notify accepted individuals by Friday, August 26, 2022.
3. Upon acceptance into the certificate program, pay tuition fee to CNM (registration and payment link will be sent with your acceptance notification). Checks may be mailed to CNM at 6688 N. Central Expressway, Suite 1025, Dallas, TX 75206.
All fees must be paid in full prior to the first session.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Once accepted, notification of the intent to withdraw from the series must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled class session in order to receive a credit or refund. No refunds are permitted after the program begins. Should the program be cancelled by CNM, full tuition will be transferred or refunded.
