Welcome to the Leach Pottery volunteer survey. The purpose of this survey is to provide a baseline from which to monitor how the pottery is giving volunteers opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge and enjoy their experience of volunteering.
This is not a test! Your individual responses will only be seen by our Evaluator and the collective feedback will be used to make recommendations for future development of volunteering at the Leach Pottery, as well as reporting on progress to funders.
If you have been a volunteer at Leach Pottery for some time, please try to answer the questions from the point at which you first became involved. You may feel that some of the skills/areas of knowledge are not applicable, however please answer as fully as you can as this will help to build a comprehensive picture.
