1. The importance of rapport.
2. Managing conflict in long term relationships.
3. The family business.
4. How to approach & manage difficult conversations at work and in business.
5. When t call for mediation.

Mediation can be a simple way to have difficult conversations. It is a collaborative process ("working together") with the aim of ensuring that all interested parties arrive at a solution that best suits their unique needs. Acting as a neutral third party, a mediator will foster respectful communication, and provide a safe space for both parties to express their interests. During the mediation process, it is critical that you are able to make informed decisions -- that’s why Donna works closely with lawyers, accountants, counselors, and other professionals to give you the information you need to make great decisions.

Donna is a certified roster member of Family Mediation Canada and Mediate BC, and brings national recognition and an entire support team to your side. Donna has a passion for helping people and is dedicated to educating the public on the benefits of mediation in all forms of conflict, whether it be at home, at work or in the neighbourhood.
