The City of Laredo's Department of Community Development is in the process of developing its 2018 One-Year Action Plan which will be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  This Plan will identify how federal funds made available to the City of Laredo through the Community Development Block Grant, the HOME Investment Partnership Program, and the Emergency Solutions Grant will be utilized in the community to benefit persons and areas of low income.
