Mostly new, lower density neighborhoods, with a small business/services area along the main street.

Stay the same, a mix of open space and conventional neighborhoods and large acreages

Add more private, neighborhood maintained, open spaces

Add more public, city maintained, open spaces

Protect and enhance wildlife and water quality

Protect and enhance the natural topography and vegetation in the undeveloped areas of the city

Expand the trail system to improve connections between neighborhoods and to key destinations in the city

Develop only what is needed, keep the rural residential and large acreages protected, if possible

Develop remaining large acreages with estate size lots, 2-2.5 acre lots would be great
