1. CNX Resources Corporation – Land Division
Welcome to the CNX data collection site for all 3rd party requests to purchase, lease or access CNX surface properties. Examples of when this survey should be used include pipeline rights of way, surface use agreements, access roads, temporary workspaces, survey access and property purchases. We have created this portal to help expedite the collection and analysis of the many requests we receive here at CNX on a routine basis. Your request will be evaluated once we receive a full data package, which includes:
- Fully completed survey (including tax parcel identification numbers & document uploads)
- Emailed ESRI Shape files (unzipped) to Dispositions@cnx.com (please include your company and project name in the Subject line
Each 3rd party request is evaluated by the Land Division then distributed to multiple business groups within CNX to identify whether any potential conflicts exist and as such, an estimated 4-6 week review period is expected. A Land Representative will be in touch concerning conflicts and/or the next step in the process.
