Memorial Women's Christmas Breakfast 2018 will be held December 1st in the auditorium at Memorial Presbyterian Church

9:30am:  Doors Open
10:15am:Welcome Message and Instructions
10:30am: Breakfast and fellowship
11am: Message
11:15am: Carolling and clean-up

* 3. Table Host: Each year we need approximately 10 table hosts to make the breakfast possible. Hosts are responsible for choosing a theme, decorating their table and providing place settings for 8 (including plate, silverware and cup - disposable is fine). Please note: Table hosts will be asked to limit their personally invited guests to 3 people.

* 4. As part of the breakfast, we typically have people with many different diet limitations and needs. What food related accommodations would make it easier for you to enjoy this event?

* 5. NEW THIS YEAR: To accommodate our friends with food limitations, we are asking people to commit to bringing one item from our current menu, volunteer to cook or to donate supplies. Recipes will be provided for main dishes.

* 6. Young ladies ages 5 -12 are welcome to join the breakfast and will have their own dedicated table (over 12 are welcome to sit either at the girls table, with their moms or at a table with other guests).

* 7. Childcare will be provided during the event. To ensure that we have adequate help, please specify child ages and names for you and your guests.

This means 1-2 guests for non-table hosts and up to 3 guests for table hosts. This may be opened up at a later time (depending on capacity).
