Michigan Infrastructure Office Technical Assistance Center - Letter of Support Request

SEMCOG is partnering with the State of Michigan’s MIO Technical Assistance Center to assist and provide technical assistance to local communities in Southeast Michigan in identifying federal grant opportunities, writing grant applications, and providing match for awarded grants.

The MIO Technical Assistance Center’s website provides additional guidance and information, including an application portal link to submit potential projects, trainings and webinars, and eligibility detail for current and upcoming opportunities.

SEMCOG is eager to help members who are seeking state and federal resources for projects that support a vision that all people of Southeast Michigan benefit from a connected, thriving region of small towns, dynamic urban centers, active waterfronts, diverse neighborhoods, premiere educational institutions and abundant agricultural, recreational, and natural areas.
