Evaluation Survey from The Family Tree

Dear Friends and Supporters of the Family Tree:

Thank you so much for your support of the Family Tree over the years. Your support has enabled us to provide a safe place for the LGBTQI community and to be a public face in our city. As you are no doubt aware, The Family Tree is currently without a home. We are taking this opportunity to regroup and check with you, our friends and members. Please help us evaluate the past and plan for the future by filling out this survey.

Over the last while, we have noticed that there has been a decreasing interest in The Family Tree’s events and programs. It is our intension to be responsive to our community’s needs and we would like to hear from you why this is the case. We need to hear from the community about what you would like the Tree to be.

We know that this survey will take some of your time and we thank you in advance for your participation. When the survey is complete and the results tabulated, The Family Tree will post the results, and hold a meeting to discuss them. We want to be transparent.

Filling out this survey gives you input into the future of The Family Tree. This survey will give us the direction we need as we plan for the future, and your participation in responding to these surveys is much appreciated and will be a foundation for the future.

If you want to do more than fill out the survey, you can also become active in helping plan for the future. The Tree is an all volunteer organization, and we need more committed people to help make things happen. Board meetings are open to all and occur the first Monday of every month. For the location, please call 850-222-8555 or email <staff@familytreecenter.org>. We are also planning our Fall Gala, your participation is welcome!

The Family Tree once again thanks you for your support. We look forward to creating a vibrant focused Center in partnership with you.

Sincerely and with Gratitude,

The Family Tree Board of Directors (Steven Hall, Glenn Belay, Marion Banzhaf, Lindsay Fields, Diane Fisher, Martin Gill)
