We are trying to collect information regarding the different ways mental health issues can manifest themselves. What does it look like, sound like, smell like? What do you do? How do you cope? While we've attempted to keep this as open as possible, our questions are not comprehensive and by no means, represent the full scope of mental health issues out there.

All of your answers will be kept confidential. They may be used as inspiration for theatrical text but you will not be directly quoted!

If you are struggling or need help please visit these websites. They have helpful links, resource information and phone numbers for crisis lines.
