In Silico technologies (ISTs) are computer-based techniques like computational modelling and simulation and AI techniques. They could transform pharmaceutical and medtech/device development by replacing traditional animal and human testing with digital modelling.
This survey aims to gather expert insights on the global adoption of IST in pharmaceutical and medtech/device R&D, and the expected impact of UK CEiRSI in enabling IST benefits in the UK.
It consists of four parts:
1. IST adoption in pharmaceutical R&D
2. IST adoption in medtech/device R&D
3. Expected impact of UK CEiRSI
4. Your professional background
