| Purpose of the Position: |
To educate San Diegans about Heart Health |
| Responsibilities: |
Support one Love Your Heart screening site in a San Diego community by encouraging individuals to receive a free blood pressure screening, distribute heart health information and guide individuals through screening process. |
| Ideal Qualifications: |
- INDIVIDUAL volunteer*
- Be a student of a graduate program in Public Health, Exercise and Nutritional Sciences, or other graduate-level programs with a focus on health, or otherwise familiar with medical/health terminology
- Background in community health promotion and or education
- Be comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop

| Commitment: |
Most sites are active between 8am-5pm, though split shifts may be assigned |
| Training: |
Two-hour orientation (date TBD) |
