Refund voucher will be emailed to customers within 30 days once approved. Please be patient with us.

*Your ticket must be purchased directly from Causeway Link website or counters. The original travelling date must fall within 18th March, 2020 to 14th April, 2020 and the refund request must be made at least 24 hours before the original ticket's departure time.

*You can also choose to reschedule your bus ride at no cost from our website if you are planning to travel in the following 2 months.


*Please check with the original platform for further info if you purchased the ticket from RedBus/BOT/EasyBook/TBS/Larkin Sentral and etc.
