The Salesforce Research & Insights team invites you to be considered for various PAID feedback session(s) conducted remotely in 2024. We will gather feedback on various ISV tools, goals, and experiences for selling and transacting on the AppExchange.

Remote sessions and async opportunities will take place from February to December 2024. Please complete this brief questionnaire if you are interested and able to participate.

*Want to learn more about our Product Research Program?
We use a variety of methods to learn about how we can build better products for our customers: interviews, surveys, design reviews, usability testing, workshops, and panel conversations. These studies inform how we build products at Salesforce, from specific AppExchange products to other areas of the Salesforce ecosystem. Product research inform helps us explore new opportunities, generate possible solutions, and evaluate these solutions.
