Perspectives from emerging and senior leaders in the auto care industry
How does leadership show up in day-to-day work across Canada's auto care sector?
AIA Canada is inviting emerging and senior leaders to complete a new Leadership Pulse Survey. We want to hear from professionals who are developing toward broader leadership responsibility, as well as senior leaders who manage, mentor, or develop emerging talent.
The survey explores trust, clarity, decision-making, growth, mentoring, and recognition.
Hearing from both groups will help us better understand where leadership perspectives align and where there may be opportunities to strengthen leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategy.
The survey does not evaluate individual leaders or organizations. Responses will be reported in aggregate.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available in English and French.
