* 11. I understand that should my artwork be selected for use in the BGLC Annual Report 2022-23:
  • A formal license agreement will follow where I will grant BGLC a license to use the work for the fee of $400+ gst for the following purposes:
    • Use within the overall design and layout of the BGLC Annual Report for 2022 - 2023. 
    • Use on BGLC official social media platforms and website in promotion of/or communication of the annual report
    • The artwork may be modified (Cropped etc) at the discretion of the graphic designer to ensure the artowork is fit for purpose. 
  • The artist will retain ownership and copyright of my artwork.
  • The artist will be acknowledged wherever the artwork appears.
  • The artist will be required to provide an invoice for payment.
