The City of Prince Albert is reviewing the Business License Program and will be pursuing amendments to the current Business License Bylaw. The City is looking for feedback from the business community on possible changes to the Bylaw.

The primary purpose of the Bylaw is to license businesses operating in the City to ensure compliance with land-use and building regulations and gather information about businesses and industries to assist with planning decisions.

All businesses - including commercial, merchandising, industrial, professional, and service-based businesses - require a business license.
