2. Information we collect automatically
Device IDs, IP addresses and other unique identifiers.
3. Vote verification
We will be cross checking the votes recorded to the number of viewers for each film, emails and analysing the geographic location of IP addresses to ensure they are valid.
4. Vote eligibility
Voting for the 2025 BFI London Film Festival Audience Awards is open from 10:00 on Wednesday 8 October until 23:59 on Monday 20 October 2025.
You can only vote for each film once.
The BFI reserves the right to disqualify entries or suspend voting if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
The following are excluded from Audience Award voting: short films, series, immersive works and games, restorations.
5. System failure
The BFI cannot accept responsibility for any technical failure or other errors with the online system or otherwise which may result in a vote not being recorded.
If, for any reason, the online voting system fails, the vote may be suspended or a contingency plan may be actioned.
6. Marketing permissions
By submitting your review, you give the BFI permission to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
