Your Assistance is Needed to Continue NAR Waiver

To remain in compliance with the Nurse Aid 1135 waiver, Washington State is required to provide CMS monthly reports.  To assist in the report process, the state needs to compile the following information for April from all nursing homes.  This will be the last month for which we will compile information. Please assist in this process so we are able to maintain this valuable waiver.
