INTERNATIONAL 7 YEAR RETROSPECTIVE SURVEY OF MENSTRUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE PATTERNS IN WOMEN AGED 20 TO 36 YEARS OF AGE

ABOUT THIS RESEARCH
YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN A VOLUNTARY, ANONYMOUS RESEARCH STUDY TRACKING HOW MENSTRUAL CYCLES AND FERTILITY CHANGES OVER TIME.
THE GOAL: TO MAP MENSTRUAL AND FERTILITY CYCLE VARIATIONS AND CHANGES OVER A 7 YEAR RETROSPECTIVE WINDOW TO IMPROVE SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE, ESTABLISH REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BENCHMARKS, AND PUBLISH AGGREGATE FINDINGS IN PEER-REVIEWED JOURNALS.
Who Can Join: Females currently aged 20 to 36, living in Canada, Europe/UK, South America, Australia, or South East Asia (India or Nepal) who can reflect on their menstrual history from 2019 to the present.
Your Role: To complete a one-time online questionnaire regarding your cycle history, regularity, and fertility tracking over the past 7 years.

Time Commitment: The survey takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. No financial compensation, prizes, or incentives are awarded for participation.
Voluntary Participation

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer, or withdraw at any point by closing your browser window before submission.
Absolute Privacy & Data Anonymity

Your privacy is our priority. This survey is completely anonymous. The research team has configured SurveyMonkey to disable all user tracking, automatically blocking and stripping away email addresses, IP addresses, and device identifiers. Even the research team will not be able to identify any individuals. Your individual answers are unlinked from your identity, securely downloaded into password-protected files, and bundled into aggregate group data. It is impossible to trace any answers back to you.

INFORMED CONSENT & SCREENING MECHANISM

Landing Screen Consent: presents the mandatory, IRB-reviewed Informed Consent disclosure form outlining the study’s purpose, voluntary nature, parameters of absolute anonymity. Progression to the survey requires an active, positive selection of the "I AGREE" field.

Electronic Screening Logic: Page 2 deploys three sequential, mandatory screening validation check questions verifying sex, exact age group, and country of residence. If a participant selects an exclusionary parameter, conditional skip logic triggers an instantaneous termination of the session, routing the individual to a polite disqualification page. No health or tracking data is recorded for disqualified individuals.

Data Storage: Raw data outputs will be downloaded into local, encrypted, password-protected files accessible exclusively by the Principal Investigator. No cloud-based sharing or unsecured text files will be utilized.

Data analysis will compare the mean cycle lengths, bleeding volumes, fertility changes and symptom severity distributions across the distinct historical phases (Baseline 2019, Pandemic Year 2020, and Subsequent Measurement Phases 2021–2026). All findings will be structured and prepared for publication as unified, fully aggregated group metrics keeping all responders anonymous.
