Please review the following before continuing with your application. 

Part of Fandom Legacy Con's mission is to curate our vendors in a way that ensures the best experience for attendee and vendor alike. This is the first step in the application process. Once your application is approved, you will be contacted via email to complete the purchase of your booth. No space is reserved by completing this application, and applications will be reviewed in the order received.
Dealer’s Room booths are $200 per booth and include the following:
  • 8'X8' space
  • 2 tables per booth
  • 2 chairs per booth
  • 2 dealer passes per booth
  • The Dealer's Room will be locked outside of operating hours
Operating hours for dealers:
  • Friday: 12pm to 7pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 7pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 4pm
Artist Alley booths are $100 per booth and include the following:
  • 6'X4' space
  • 1 table per booth
  • 1 chair per booth
  • 1 artist pass per booth
  • Artist booths are limited to booths consisting entirely of original artworks and products made from them such as comics, prints, buttons, keychains and similar items. In addition, homemade and crafted items are permitted.
  • Artist booths will not be locked away, but instead are in a main hallway of the hotel. You are welcome to cover your booth or pack it up when not in use, but the convention will not be responsible for goods left out.
Operating hours for artists:
  • Friday: 12pm to 7pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 7pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 4pm
Please review the following rules that all vendors and artists must follow:

APPEARANCE. Vendor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the space provided in an organized and neat manner. This responsibility includes Vendor's responsibility to remove bulk trash. Should Vendor fail to keep the space in an orderly manner, it will result in additional removal fees.

DISPLAYS AND SIGNS. All displays in the building must be free standing. Nothing may attach to walls or columns of the building by any means at all. Signs must be free standing. Signs should not block other vendor shops. Signs may not attach to the walls or columns of the building. Vendor will clear any music or digital displays with Organizer prior to setup. Organizer may ask for any display element to be removed at any time for any reason. Failure to comply will result in Vendor being removed from premises with no refund.

QUALITY PRODUCTS. Vendor shall ensure proper quality of the products sold. Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws as to vendor's sales. Copyrighted merchandise that is not licensed for sale will be removed from your display. If Vendor does not comply then they will be removed from the premises with no refunds. Bootleg materials are not permitted. Adult materials are to be displayed responsibly and it is the Vendor’s responsibility to check legal ID’s prior to any sales of adult materials. Organizer is not responsible for any breaches of copyright, trademark or licensing cause by Vendor. The sale of weapons/ airsoft products is done at the risk of Vendor. Products and their sales must follow all state, federal and local laws. All weapons/ airsoft products must be delivered to the purchaser in a sealed box. Failure to comply will result in Vendor being removed from premises with no refund.

TAX COLLECTION AND LICENSING. Vendor assumes full responsibility for the collection and payment of any local, state, and/or federal taxes. Vendor is responsible for any operating licenses that may be required by local, state, or federal law.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES. No food or beverage may be brought into the Building by Vendor from outside. Vendor shall purchase all foods and beverages from facilities provided for the event.

CONDUCT. Vendor and employees will abide by the code of conduct for all attendees.
