Because this is an application not a booking form we cannot guarantee that you will be accepted. However, if you are not we will give you feedback on the reasons.

We will let you know as soon as possible if your application has been successful. We will be running an Induction Day for new trainers on Saturday, 10 September in Leeds city centre; if you cannot attend please complete the form anyway and we will let you know about future Trainers events.

Travel expenses may be available for those travelling from outside Leeds.

To be an LWN Accredited Trainer you must be and remain a member of LWN, and be and remain a full member of the Labour Party.

We are particularly interested in receiving applications from women from under-represented groups and communities.

We will be running an Assessment and Induction Day before the end of the year. The provisional date for this is Saturday, 10th September in Leeds, although this may change if not enough people can make it.(Required.)

11.Please write a personal statement telling us why you think you are suitable to be an LWN Trainer. Include anything about your activities, experience or interests - political or otherwise - that you think is relevant. Please do not leave this section blank.
12.Please let us have the contact details for two currently active members of the Labour Party who can act as your referees. At least one of these should ideally be an office-holder in a Labour Party branch, constituency party or Local Campaign Forum, or be a local Labour councillor, MP, MSP, AM or MEP. Please note that we may contact at least one of your referees without getting back to you, so make sure that they know that you have given us their contact details.(Required.)
