Record Book Submissions Survey

The AIA offers record books in the sports of football, basketball (boys and girls), soccer (boys and girls), girls volleyball, wrestling (boys and girls) and softball. Additionally, record books for baseball and boys volleyball are currently being produced.

If you have a record that deserves entry, or would like to make a correction to an entry, please fill out the form below. IF STATS FOR THE PREVIOUS SEASON ARE ENTERED INTO MAXPREPS, THEN THIS SURVEY DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED. Please allow for some time after a season has completed before record books are updated on azpreps365.com.
