Completing this online application will submit your request for charity fundraising support directly to the Amey Foundation.
Please only complete this form:
1. After your fundraising event or events have taken place.
2. When you have a receipt or Just Giving account to prove that you have paid money to a registered UK charity.
3. If your fundraising fits the criteria set for the scheme.
Please note that we are only able to match fund one application per employee per year.
HR will contact you during the month after your application to confirm the outcome.
