Resident Survey |
Information about this Survey
This survey is intended to collect data from adult residents (18 years and older) as it relates to internet access, digital skills, internet uses, and outcomes resulting from internet use. The survey consists of 30 questions and takes about 15 minutes to complete. Responses will be fully anonymous, that is, we will not ask you for any personally identifying information, and no individual responses will be published. Survey data allows us to provide baseline data to measure growth across digital opportunities in your county.
Potential risks of this study include mild psychological discomfort with some of the questions. You may skip any question that makes you feel uncomfortable. You may not receive any personal benefits from being in this study. However, others may benefit from the knowledge gained from this study.
You will receive no financial compensation for your participation in the study.
