SNS DPG Questionnaire

Thank you for taking part in this short survey for the School Nutrition Services (SNS) DPG. We are seeking members interested in serving on the Executive Committee.

For the 2022 elections, the SNS DPG is seeking a Chair Elect, Secretary, and Nomination Committee Member.

This survey will take no more than 4-5 minutes to complete, and you will be contacted in the near future for additional information based on the selections you make. If you have any questions or concerns relating to the survey, please contact Shannon FitzGerald shannon@fitkidtext.com

The SNS DPG provides excellent networking opportunities with other dietitians in the field of school nutrition, and opportunities to support legislation that influences effective delivery of nutrition services to children.
