CDC LUMINOSITY Awards: Entry Form Survey

The Catholic Development Council's LUMINOSITY Awards recognize excellence in Direct Response campaigns from faith-based organizations. Entries may be submitted by the organization or the agency.

Entrants must be campaigns of faith-based organizations, with the agency and/or the nonprofit being members-in-good-standing of the Catholic Development Council. To learn about membership, click here.

Entries should be direct response campaigns from calendar year 2022.

An ENTRY FEE for each submission is $95. Submit your entry fee here. Submissions that are not paid for by May 1, 2023, will be disqualified.

You may submit multiple entries. Submit this form for each one (for 4 entries, you will fill out and submit this form 4 times).
