Information Regarding This Survey

In the event that Lum has to close and  students have to be assigned to other schools, this survey will provide staff and the board of education with the values of the Lum parent community. Below is some important information to understand prior to taking this survey.
1. There are no possible scenarios where the district can relocate all TK-3rd grade students together.
2. It is not feasible to locate entire grade levels together at the same school.
3. 4th and 5th grade students can stay together if the district created an elementary program on the Wood campus for 2 years.
4. The plan that is decided on by the board of education will remain in place for a minimum of 3 years, with the exception of the Wood middle school scenario which will only be in place for 2 years. This plan will be in place while the board decides on the long term plan for the Lum campus.
