Whiteman Top III Council Positions |
Elected Officers' Duties & Responsibilities
President
-Shall preside over all official Whiteman Top III General Membership meetings
-Shall work with the Secretary in preparing an agenda for all General Membership Meetings
-Shall report the minutes of the pervious meeting at each General Membership Meeting
-Shall serve as the official representative for the Whiteman Top III
-Shall establish the time and place for all Whiteman Top III meetings
-Shall develop and implement programs and ideas of interest to the -Whiteman Top III in cooperation with the Executive Committee
-Sign all checks, as required, in the conduct of the Whiteman Top III’s financial affairs
Vice President
-Shall preside in the absence of the President
-Shall preside over all Executive Committee meetings of the Whiteman Top III
-Shall perform any activities, duties, and responsibilities as designated by the President
-Shall organize and/or oversea all social events sponsored by the Whiteman Top III
Treasurer
-Shall develop and maintain a ledger and computer database for the Treasurer’s Report in accordance with the budget proposal for each allocation including specifics of expenditures estimated, accrued, and the remaining balance
-Shall be purchasing agent for the Whiteman Top III to make purchases as approved by the Executive Committee and General Membership
-Shall submit a monthly Treasurer’s Report at each General Membership meeting
-Shall collect all dues in accordance with procedures developed by the Executive Committee
-Shall collect all money for deposit in bank account
-Shall collect and maintain a record of all deposits/withdrawals
Secretary
-Shall work with the President in preparing an agenda for all General Membership meetings
-Shall keep a written record of the agendas of all Executive Committee and General Membership Meetings
-Shall record the minutes of the General Membership meetings and make the General Membership Meeting minutes available to the Whiteman Top III organization within 10 calendar days after the General Membership Meeting
-Shall keep a list of all the Whiteman Top III activities to include events, speakers, subjects, and attendance
-Shall keep a record of annual reports
