* 3. The Climate Mobilization Act contains five main components. In addition to introducing building emissions limits, the Act also includes legislation mandating solar and green roofs for certain buildings, labeling buildings with energy scores, financing options for energy efficiency improvements, and directing the Department of Buildings to incorporate wind energy into its renewables strategy.
