Thank you for taking part in our survey! This survey will take less than 10 minutes of your time.
The purpose of this survey is to help the Niagara College Student Administrative Council (NCSAC) understand how students are making decisions about the non-essential/optional ancillary fees associated with the Ontario government’s newly implemented Student Choice Initiative; and ensure NCSAC is communicating effectively with Niagara College students about its programs and services
The mission of NCSAC is to, “Provide healthy and safe activities, facilities, and services while promoting an accessible environment and contributing to the quality of student life.” (yourncsac.ca)
NCSAC provides students with services such as transportation (u-pass), health plan, the nourishing minds program (breakfast program and grocery gift cards), off-campus housing services, sale of used textbooks, student clubs, grad photos, scholarships, legal services and fax services. Some of these services are essential and are paid for by every student as part of their mandatory ancillary fees. Other ancillary fees are optional if the student chooses to opt-out at the beginning of each semester.
Your answers will remain anonymous and confidential and will not be shared with any individuals other than the parties involved in research.
