LA County Homeless Initiative Survey of Faith-Based Organizations

The Los Angeles County Chief Executive Office's Homeless Initiative is working with the Faith Collaborative to End Homelessness (FCEH) to conduct a survey of Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) who are or interested in partnering with LA County and community-based organizations to assist and support people experiencing homelessness.  This survey will take 15-20 Minutes to complete.  
 
Your participation in this survey will inform LA County on opportunities to enhance participation and strengthen partnerships with the faith community in serving people experiencing homelessness.  An FBO can be a organization or place of worship with a mission that is grounded in faith beliefs or practices.   Communities in Motion is the consulting team conducting this survey on behalf of the LA County Homeless Initiative Office.  We thank you in advance for your participation in this survey.  If you have any questions, please contact Tana Rice at tana.rice@communities-motion.com or Grace Weltman at grace.weltman@communities-motion.com.
