Laketran is conducting a fare collection study to better understand how customers pay fares and use bus passes.
This short survey asks for your opinion and preferences on purchasing and paying your Laketran fares. Your feedback is important and will help guide fare collection improvements.
The survey is anonymous, voluntary, and does not collect personal information. It is being conducted with Four Nines Technologies, an independent public transit consulting firm, and will remain open through Friday, October 10, 2025.
