Thanks for your interest in a Community Coach position with Leadership Tompkins!

This Community Coaching program will help current Leadership Tompkins Students develop confidence and respect as leaders, as well as develop a connection to the community through the guidance of a Community Coach. This program will connect them to a coach that they will learn how to work with and develop a relationship with, who is successful, experienced and passionate about the same things they are. In order to develop themselves into leaders of our community they will, with the help of their coach, discover their strengths and talents and learn how to develop them, use them and own them.

COMMUNITY COACH TRAINING WILL BE HELD NOVEMBER 30TH AT 5PM AT THE CHAMBER.
