The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians CTAS Justice Systems Planning Grant Multi-Disciplinary Advisory Committee is proud to present a Justice Systems Survey to our Tribal Community.  Our Multi-Disciplinary Advisory Committee represents our justice system in the following service entities: Tribal Court, Law Enforcement, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Grant Writers, Tribal Administration and the Prosecutor’s Office.  It is our goal to improve our justice systems through assessments, community input, collaboration and partnerships, and strategic planning.  Chi-Miigwech for taking the time to fill out this survey.  Your information is extremely important to us as we move forward with improving our justice systems. 

DIRECTIONS
Please review these instructions and read each survey question carefully prior to marking your answers. This survey is for research purposes only. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and your responses will be kept anonymous and confidential. This means that your responses to the survey cannot be directly associated to you in any way. You may choose to stop this interview at any time and you may also refuse to respond to a question. Please do not include any names or identifying information in your responses. Please be advised that this survey will ask your opinions about crime and other issues that we are trying to address in the community. This survey will take about 10-12 minutes. SURVEY WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 11:59 PM ON JULY 31, 2017.
