Community Service

This committee develops projects for the club membership to participate that will benefit the community and collaborates with area nonprofits. Projects align with Rotary International’s seven focus areas: Peace Building and Conflict Prevention; Basic Education & Literacy; Disease Prevention & Treatment; Water Sanitation & Hygiene; Community Economic Development; Maternal & Child Health; and Supporting Environment.

Sergeant-At-Arms Team

The Sergeant-At-Arms Team is responsible for the coordination of the weekly meetings, including guest and member check-in, greeters, room setup, guest introductions. All committees have year-round responsibilities with signup for dates available to serve provided in advance and rotated among group members.

Communications/Brand Image Committee

The Communications and Branding Committee is responsible for maintaining a positive public image for Rotary Club of San Antonio and ensure compliance with Rotary International guidelines. Experience in marketing or communications helpful to support this committee and meets monthly with year-round responsibilities.
