2018-19 LTAD Testing Platform

LTAD land, water and basic skills testing will take place at Training Meet #1 and the Jean Peters Provincial Championships. LTAD testing is mandatory for all athletes registered in AG 11-12, AG 13-15 Provincial Stream, and AG 13-15 National Stream athletes not registered for TID trials

Athletes who are required to complete LTAD testing but do not attend Training Meet #1 MUST complete their testing with their club and submit the results online. The LTAD submission must include:

- Judge scores for all 4 basic skills – including the name of the judge who completed the testing
- Speed Times – 200m Individual Medley, 25m Front Flutter, 25m Front Crawl, 25m Propellor
- Completed copy of the Land Routine scoresheet

Deadline for submission will be November 16, 2018.
