Federal law prohibits discrimination in housing sales or rentals based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. The City of Medford is conducting this housing survey as part of its Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. We aim to identify the barriers and opportunities individuals face in accessing housing within the city.
