25th Annual Safety Excellence Awards Sponsorship Form

GBRIA is pleased to announce a wide slate of activities to recognize our members, sponsors, and award nominees at our 25th Annual Safety Excellence Awards! Our awards program will include 3 different components to bring value to all involved. The awards ceremony will be streamed online to better allow all members, sponsors, and nominees to attend. We will publish the 2021 e-magazine will showcase our stakeholders and include articles from industry leaders. Our 2020 e-magazine generated 1,178 impressions and 980 reads, published online via Issuu. View our 2020 publication here. We will conclude the awards program with an in-person (outdoor) reception at the Louisiana Capitol Museum where members, sponsors, and nominees/winners can network, receive their awards, and take pictures.

Awards Sponsorship Opportunities:
* $1,950, Deep Space Plus Sponsor: Full page ad in e-magazine + logo placement at the reception + 6 tickets to the reception ($2,650 value)
* $1,500, Deep Space Sponsor: Full page ad in e-magazine (does not include tickets to the reception)
* $1,450, Interstellar Plus Sponsor: Half page ad in e-magazine + logo placement at the reception + 4 tickets to the reception ($1,850 value)
* $1,000, Interstellar Sponsor: Half page ad in e-magazine (does not include tickets to the reception)
* $750, Celestial Plus Sponsor: Logo placed in e-magazine, logo placement in the program + 2 tickets to the reception ($1050 value)

Annual Sponsors Receive:
Platinum Annual Sponsors: Full page ad in e-magazine, 30-second ad during live stream, prominent placement of company logo at reception, and reserved table (10 tickets to the reception)

Gold Annual Sponsors: Half page ad in e-magazine, recognition (pictures) presented during live stream, placement of company logo at reception, and 10 tickets to the reception

Silver Annual Sponsors: Logo included in e-magazine, logo recognition among other silver sponsors during live stream, and 5 tickets to the reception

Bronze Annual Sponsors: Logo included in the e-magazine, logo recognition among other bronze sponsors during live stream, and 2 tickets the the reception

Annual Sponsors are already paid and do not need to complete this form. Staff will contact you if materials are needed, however please register for the online Awards ceremony and let us know who will attend the evening reception by filling in the Reception registration or emailing sue@gbria.org
