This agreement states the terms & conditions regarding the online sale of product by the Western Australian Visitor Information Centre (WAVC) on behalf of a tour provider.

WAVC will utilise the online reservation system and product content as provided by Bookeasy Tourism Solutions, ABN 68 122 744 209. If you do not have a listing on Bookeasy we can create a listing for you. You will be issued a login for Bookeasy where you can upload your business and product details. This agreement in no way replaces or changes any agreement that the tour or attraction provider may have with Bookeasy Tourism Solutions.

The agreed commission Rate is 15% (commission rate can be negotiated where relevant)

Terms & Conditions

All transactions and all documentation pertaining to business conducted on this website will be processed by The Tourism Group Pty Ltd (ACN155 112 584) trading as the Western Australian Visitor Information Centre (ABN 59 155 112 584) and hereinafter referred to as our Company.

Prices and Booking Conditions

1. Persons wishing to book tours or attractions on with our company must be 18 years or older.

2. Tours or attractions sold through our company are advertised at the rates provided by the individual service provider. Our Company receives a commission directly from the requested operator and books tour and attraction services on behalf of our customers without an additional service fee to our customer (the Purchaser) unless in the case of changes or cancellations.

3. Prices and conditions are current at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Prices are per person as stipulated. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.

4. The terms and conditions of the tour and attraction provider will be displayed on the Purchaser’s Booking Form as per the terms and conditions that the service provider have previously incorporated into the Bookeasy Tourism Solutions console.

5. The WAVC terms and conditions for changes or cancellations will be displayed on the Purchaser’s Booking Form.

Payment by Purchaser

6. Full payment must be made at the time of booking via our website or direct with WAVC Staff. Credit card transactions will be processed by our company. A confirmation / tax invoice will be emailed to the Purchaser itemising charges made to their credit card.

7. Once payment is made, relevant documentation and a booking confirmation will be issued. This confirmation may be presented to the service provider.

Payment by WAVC

8. WAVC will remit directly into the tour or attraction service provider’s bank account the gross amount of the tariff displayed in the Bookeasy Tourism Solutions console less a commission rate at the end of each month (Please ensure that your bank details listed in Bookeasy are correct). A Recipient Created Tax Invoice will be issued with payment. Payments are made on bookings that have travelled for that month.

Refund, Amendment and Cancellation Conditions for the Purchaser/Customer

9. In the event of an amendment or cancellation to of a booking, a refund may apply.

10. In the event of an amendment to a confirmed booking made by our Company, an administration fee of $25.00 (Inc. GST) will apply. An additional amendment fee with the property or operator may also apply to that Purchaser depending on the individual policies of the property or operator concerned.
11. In the event of cancellation to a confirmed booking made by our Company the purchaser may receive a refund. An administration fee of 15% will apply.  A cancellation fee with the operator may also apply depending on the individual policies of the operator concerned. Cancellation fees for service providers can be viewed by clicking on the product information icon for each individual service listed on our website.

Responsibility

12. The product contained within our website will vary from one service provider to another therefore it is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure any product booked is suitable for their needs.

13. The products and services offered on our website will be the responsibility of the individual operator and no guarantee or warranty for the type or quality of products and services advertised is offered or inferred by our Company.

14. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information included on our website no responsibility can be accepted by our Company for any changes, errors or omissions to the information included.

15. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly from the use of our site or the purchase of products and services available on our website.

16. While tour and attraction bookings are made by our Company with individual operators on the basis that such tour and attraction services for the required dates is available at the time the booking is made, our Company is not responsible for any overbooking which has been made by individual properties or operators and any compensation will need to be obtained directly from the property or operator concerned.
