Terms & Conditions
All transactions and all documentation pertaining to business conducted on this website will be processed by The Tourism Group Pty Ltd (ACN155 112 584) trading as the Western Australian Visitor Information Centre (ABN 59 155 112 584) and hereinafter referred to as our Company.
Prices and Booking Conditions
1. Persons wishing to book tours or attractions on with our company must be 18 years or older.
2. Tours or attractions sold through our company are advertised at the rates provided by the individual service provider. Our Company receives a commission directly from the requested operator and books tour and attraction services on behalf of our customers without an additional service fee to our customer (the Purchaser) unless in the case of changes or cancellations.
3. Prices and conditions are current at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Prices are per person as stipulated. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
4. The terms and conditions of the tour and attraction provider will be displayed on the Purchaser’s Booking Form as per the terms and conditions that the service provider have previously incorporated into the Bookeasy Tourism Solutions console.
5. The WAVC terms and conditions for changes or cancellations will be displayed on the Purchaser’s Booking Form.
Payment by Purchaser
6. Full payment must be made at the time of booking via our website or direct with WAVC Staff. Credit card transactions will be processed by our company. A confirmation / tax invoice will be emailed to the Purchaser itemising charges made to their credit card.
7. Once payment is made, relevant documentation and a booking confirmation will be issued. This confirmation may be presented to the service provider.
Payment by WAVC
8. WAVC will remit directly into the tour or attraction service provider’s bank account the gross amount of the tariff displayed in the Bookeasy Tourism Solutions console less a commission rate at the end of each month (Please ensure that your bank details listed in Bookeasy are correct). A Recipient Created Tax Invoice will be issued with payment. Payments are made on bookings that have travelled for that month.
Refund, Amendment and Cancellation Conditions for the Purchaser/Customer
9. In the event of an amendment or cancellation to of a booking, a refund may apply.
10. In the event of an amendment to a confirmed booking made by our Company, an administration fee of $25.00 (Inc. GST) will apply. An additional amendment fee with the property or operator may also apply to that Purchaser depending on the individual policies of the property or operator concerned.
