POSTER & FAST PITCH KEY DATES
- Wednesday, March 18, 2026: Deadline for all applications
- Wednesday, March 25, 2026: LSWI notifies applicants whether applications are accepted
- Week of April 6, 2026: Mandatory Fast Pitch Practice Session
- Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22, 2026: LSINW Conference
Posters are presented primarily during breaks throughout the conference.
Fast Pitch will take place late afternoon on Tuesday, April 21.

- Student Groups: $250 - includes 2 full conference registrations
- Companies: $350 - includes 2 full conference registrations
(Note: Because conference passes roughly cost $900 and two passes are included in a poster presentation, posters are the least expensive avenue to conference attendance.)
*Poster Presenters are invited to attend our workshop, "Best Tips for Poster POW". Learn how to create Punchy Visuals, deliver an Outstanding Story, and make Wow Connections. Date TBD - More details to come.

These are 10-minute presentations followed by 2-3 minutes of audience questions. A 10-minute mandatory speaker preparatory zoom will occur on the week of April 13, 2026.
All Company Presentations include two (2) conference passes for members of your organization worth about $900/each
- Institution/Non-Profit: $750 member/$1000 nonmember
- Private Company: $1050 member/$1550 nonmember
- Publicly Traded Company: $1600 member/$1850 nonmember

New to LSINW 2026
1. This year we will have a one-to-one partnering platform, sponsored by Curie.Bio Ventures and Bank of America! This will be your chance to create meetings anytime during the conference with investors, strategics, partners, or talent. Once registered, you will automatically be invited to the platform that will launch 3-4 weeks prior to the conference. We will have a dedicated conference room for scheduled meetings. Further info forthcoming.
2. On day two (April 22nd), we will have a special Medtech Track of Company Presentations, Guest Speakers, and Panel Discussions lasting a majority of the day. If Medtech is of interest to you, plan to attend and get involved.
3. We will be partnering with both Ally Bridge Ventures and BioCentury news outlet with participation to be unveiled as the conference approaches.
