LSINW 2026: Universal Application for Fast Pitch, Poster, and Company & Research Institution Presentations

Thank you for your interest in presenting at Life Science Innovation Northwest (LSINW) 2026, April 21 & 22. Please carefully check your information before clicking submit to ensure the application is as complete as possible. (Some questions may not apply to you, simply mark N/A.)

Posters are presented primarily during breaks throughout the conference.

Fast Pitch will take place late afternoon on Tuesday, April 21.


Poster Presentation Fees:

(Note: Because conference passes roughly cost $900 and two passes are included in a poster presentation, posters are the least expensive avenue to conference attendance.)

*Poster Presenters are invited to attend our workshop, "Best Tips for Poster POW". Learn how to create Punchy Visuals, deliver an Outstanding Story, and make Wow Connections. Date TBD - More details to come.


Fast Pitch Fees:

No additional fees; however, participants are responsible for purchasing a conference pass.



COMPANY & RESEARCH INSTITUTION PRESENTATIONS

Note: An alternative shorter form is available but you must contact Dale Willard at dale@lifesciencewa.org to determine eligibility and space limitations. See last year's lineup HERE.

These are 10-minute presentations followed by 2-3 minutes of audience questions. A 10-minute mandatory speaker preparatory zoom will occur on the week of April 13, 2026.

All Company Presentations include two (2) conference passes for members of your organization worth about $900/each
