FSBC Lawrence Family Promise Questionnaire

Family Promise is now using a hybrid in-person hosting model! Churches have begun housing families in their spaces again, but allowing outside congregations to help fill volunteer spots as needed. They are also continuing to shelter families within the model we have been supporting.

The coordinators at FSBC would like to hear from you. Please help us answer the following questions by completing the survey below.

*Can FSBC continue to support families staying in shelter with money for food, gas, and frozen meals?

*Can we commit to hosting rotations again at FSBC?

*Would our church family prefer to serve together at another hosting location?

*Can we commit to families staying in shelter and add a form of hosting responsibilities?

Family Promise loves for families to serve together, but requires all volunteers be at least 21, unless supervised by an adult. To help us receive an accurate understanding of our readiness, please do not fill out the survey if you are under the age of 21.
