Thank you for your interest in the My Life My Choice Advanced Residential Institute training. This is a 6-week online course beginning on September 15th. Participants and trainers meet once per week on Monday afternoons from 2:00pm-3:15pm EST, excluding October 13th. Completing this application is the first step in the approval process.
