Thank you for participating in our preliminary screening process for our upcoming research study on consumer healthcare. This unique study has two phases, and you must be available for both phases.
The first phase involves completing a 10-minute online video call via Zoom on October 23. All participants will be paid a gratuity of $40 for completing this interview. Based on the feedback received during the Zoom interviews, some participants may be invited to participate in a follow-up in-person session (Phase 2).
The second phase involves completing a 60-minute panel discussion with at least 3 other panel members at a local hotel in Wayzata, MN on November 4. During the panel discussion, you will be asked to share your experiences navigating healthcare, using health insurance, making healthcare decisions, and managing healthcare costs in front of a crowd (approximately 30-50 conference attendees). The conference attendees or audience will include health plan leaders, employer representatives, brokers, and HR/benefits professionals. The panel discussion will focus on the real-world healthcare and benefits experience from a member perspective.
All panel participants are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes early to prepare for the live discussion and meet other panel members prior to the session. For completing the panel session, all participants will be paid an additional gratuity of $200. There are absolutely no sales involved.
