Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Reno Sparks (LRS) Program. Each year we value the opportunity to fulfill our mission of connecting and developing future leaders like you. Through this compressive program designed to increase knowledge and awareness of issues and challenges facing our community, you can educate and better prepare yourself to be a stronger leader.
CRITERIA
Leadership Reno Sparks seeks individuals who have:
A commitment to the time and energy necessary to complete the program by attending the mandatory overnight retreat and all sessions, with the full support of his or her employer.
A sincere concern about the future of our community and a personal desire to help shape that future.
A demonstrated capacity for leadership through significant achievements or drive to become a better leader.
A personal and professional commitment to remain active in the community for at least three years.
From date of application deadline, must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
Complete applications are the sole criteria used when selecting class participants. Your application is an opportunity to describe your leadership abilities, so please answer all questions thoroughly.
A $500 partially refundable tuition deposit must be sent to The Chamber by the application deadline to accompany your application; please include the applicant's name on the payment. We accept check, American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Please make checks payable to “The Chamber Reno-Sparks-Northern Nevada”
We encourage you to seek assistance in completing this application. APPLICATION DEADLINE
This completed application survey must be submitted no later than Monday, November 3, 2014 at 8AM. You may pay your deposit over the phone by credit card or by check; the deposit must be received no later than November 3rd.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Scholarships and deferred payments are available on a case-by-case and as needed basis. We do not want any applicant’s inability to pay the program fee to be a barrier to his or her participation.
