LRS Waitlist Form (Winter 2025)

General Waitlist Information

Hello, students!

In order to be placed on the waitlist into ENGL 13000/33000 (Academic and Professional Writing), please fill out this waitlist form. We ask that you carefully read the following important notes regarding the course:

Week 1: There will be lectures on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00am-12:20pm.

After Week 1: Lectures will only be on Thursdays from 11:00am-12:20pm.

If you are not a MAPSS student, all seminars will take place on Tuesdays from 11:00am-12:20pm. (MAPSS students: We will ask you about your time preferences to be enrolled in an LRS discussion section.)

Both lectures and seminars are conducted in-person.

Please note that only students currently enrolled as either 3rd/4th-year undergraduate students or graduate students at the University of Chicago can register and be admitted into the course. We do not permit auditing.

The waitlist form will remain open until Friday, January 10th at 12:00pm.
