Recreation Needs Assessment

The City of Avalon's Community Services Department would like your input to help determine the recreation and programming needs for the community.  The information gathered from this survey will be used to determine priorities for parks and recreation activities as well as as capital improvements throughout the community. 
 
The survey was tailor-made to solicit information about our parks, open spaces, and recreation programs and facilities in Avalon.  We are asking the residents of Avalon to provide us with as much information as possible.  The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and in doing so you will be placed in a drawing for a city program voucher in the amount of $100, $50 or $25 to be used towards any city recreation program offered through 2017.   Surveys must be completed on-line or received at City Hall (410 Avalon Canyon Rd.) by October 7, 2016 to be eligible.
