DATE ECHO Registration

Thank you for your interest in the NYKidney DATE ECHO series. The ECHO DATE sessions consist of (5) 60 minute sessions with a brief presentation followed by a case and Q&A. The DATE series offers 5 CE Social Worker credits for attending the ENTIRE series, to receive the 5 credits you must attend all sessions. There is no partial credits given. The program uses the ZOOM platform and the use of a webcam is encouraged and required for Social Work CE credits. If you do not have a camera NYKidney can provide one free of charge.
