This assessment is a modernized and detailed assessment of impostor syndrome and impostor tendencies. The assessment will give you insight into the level of impostor experiences you have had in your life and how impostor tendencies are showing up in your decision making and behaviors. You will also get a breakdown of individual scores for the five domains of impostor tendencies. Your detailed report should provide you with some high-yield action areas for self development work in overcoming impostor syndrome. Even if you don't frequently have impostor experiences, you will still benefit from discovering some of these specific areas for personal growth.
As you go through this assessment tool, some questions might seem to have one obvious answer that stands out for you. In other cases, you won't find a single answer that fits perfectly. Try not to overthink your answers and pick the one that seems to be the best fit or would be the more likely response for you.
